Nearly 10 years
changing minds.
Sean Pashley is an experienced car wash operator — nearly a decade in the trenches of this business. His real skill is people: developing employees into confident sellers, managers into leaders, and crews that pull in one direction. He doesn't install programs. He builds the culture they run on.
For the better part of a decade, Sean has worked with hundreds of wash owners at EverWash, one of America's leading membership platforms. Today he also writes for the industry's leading periodicals, speaks at events, and volunteers his time to grow the Carwash Association of Pennsylvania and Leadership Worth Following.
The conviction is simple: in 2026, membership isn't a feature of the car wash business. It is the business.
Sean has joined the board of Leadership Worth Following.
Adding to his ongoing service on the board of the Carwash Association of Pennsylvania (CAP).

Three pillars.
Training Employees
Anyone can sell membership — they just need help. The right words, the right reasons, and a manager who notices.
Assisting Owners
Helping wash owners create a culture where membership is a shared goal, not a marketing department's problem.
Industry Voice
Writing, speaking, and serving on the boards of the Carwash Association of Pennsylvania and Leadership Worth Following to push the conversation forward across the industry.
